HCCS

This is VoIP support system that allows to make calls inside the company, between company's branches over the world and long-distance calls that to PSTN phone numbers.

We developed system requirements, architecture and development plan. The system was consisting of several big components. Almost all components were developed by us. The modular system we developed allows easily expanding this system to computer cluster system, transferring to any operating system, and making changes on all levels from drivers to Web portal. We used a J2EE development platform. Web portal had the following functionality: administration of VoIP gates, administration of phone call rules thru different VoIP providers, customer profiles management, web-based report generation system, billing system for customers.
