This is Help Desk and Phone Calls manager designed to simplify work of phone operators and their managers. It allows to managers to set tasks to phone operators. Bulk sending of Faxes and e-mails to customers. Log phone calls and it is results. Log support requests and control their status.

Client/Server protocol was implemented using Borland Midas technology for data-sets transporting. All design and implementation was developed in Hitsoft LLC company.
